Challenge
The refinery required LBMA-aligned chain-of-custody: proof of origin from licensed mine, independent assay linked to the physical batch, and full export documentation. This is standard for major buyers but many suppliers lack on-ground verification capability.
Solution
Our field team visited the licensed mine in Obuasi, conducted GPS-tagged batch verification, sealed the doré under dual custody, and coordinated SGS fire assay with batch ID matching. We prepared all documents including Minerals Commission license, customs declaration, and custody logs and shared them 72 hours pre-shipment. The shipment cleared refinery intake on arrival.
