Turkish Refinery Intake

GOLD IN GHANA delivered a 28kg doré consignment from Ghana to a refinery in Istanbul, fully aligned with Turkish customs and LBMA documentation standards.

Challenge

The buyer required certificates of origin with notarized miner attestations, assay reports in Turkish format, and export permits matching port codes exactly. Minor mismatches had previously caused clearance delays for other suppliers.

Solution

We coordinated with the licensed mine in Western Region to obtain notarized source declarations, formatted the SGS assay report to include Turkish regulatory fields, and triple-checked all document references against Tema Port codes. The shipment cleared Istanbul customs in one day and entered refinery processing without administrative hold.
